If you're arriving from the Adriatic A14 motorway, take the Ancona Nord exit. Once you exit the motorway, follow the airport signage and merge onto State Road 76. Continue on this road until you reach Exit 21.

You may use credit and debit cards to pay for your car rental. You must present the card used for booking at the time of pickup. If you used a debit card for booking, you must present it with an active credit card in your name. Digital payments are not accepted.
A reserve credit or a pre-authorised deposit will be held to cover the estimated costs of your rental. Upon the final settlement of your rental charges when you return the vehicle, this deposit will be released.
Once your reservation is made, you cannot change the pickup location. If your plans require a different pickup location, you must cancel the reservation and make a new one with the desired location.
You can extend your rental by modifying your booking online up to three times without any processing fees using the View/Modify/Cancel option. If you need to extend your rental at the time of vehicle collection, you can do so, subject to availability and additional charges.
Yes, age restrictions apply. For specific vehicles, the minimum rental age may be between 25 and 30, depending on the type of car and the rental location. A Young Driver Surcharge will be applied if you or any additional driver is younger than 25.
You may add another driver to your vehicle rental agreement. All drivers must submit a valid driver's licence during vehicle collection. You must present original licences. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Yes, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least two days before your scheduled pickup date. If you cancel any later, a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to collect the vehicle, you will be charged a No-Show/Lost Rental Charge. Part of your prepayment may be refunded after deducting the No-Show charge if you contact customer service within 90 days of the pickup date.
FOR RENTALS IN ITALY - from 15th Nov to 15th Apr many cities in specific Italian regions are required by law to restrict rentals to only those vehicles equipped with snow chains or winter tyres. To comply with these regulations, Dollar equipped vehicles with snow chains - the price is included in the rental charges as Winterisation fee. Hence, for these vehicles there’s NO NEED TO BOOK snow chains as Extra.
IMPORTANT: Please check the rate details of your quotation on the right of this web page to verify if your booking includes Winterisation fee before booking snow chains in Italy.
