You can extend your car rental booking online up to three times. No processing fee will be charged for booking modifications made online. But your rental charges will be recalculated based on current prices when you change your booking.
You can modify your car hire from Nice Airport, France reservation online by accessing the View/Modify/Cancel button. There's no processing fee for changes made online. However, a handling fee may be applicable if you opt to make changes via a phone call.
You can cancel your car rental reservation online through the View/Modify/Cancel button or by contacting customer care. If you made a prepaid reservation and cancelled two days before the scheduled pickup, you'll receive a full refund without additional charges.
Returning the rental car late may result in a Late Return Charge. This charge compensates for the costs incurred in finding an alternative vehicle for the next booking and administrative expenses.

FOR RENTALS IN ITALY - from 15th Nov to 15th Apr many cities in specific Italian regions are required by law to restrict rentals to only those vehicles equipped with snow chains or winter tyres. To comply with these regulations, Dollar equipped vehicles with snow chains - the price is included in the rental charges as Winterisation fee. Hence, for these vehicles there’s NO NEED TO BOOK snow chains as Extra.
